General layout planning, civil/architectural design, electro-mechanical design, infrastructure and link roads design, construction supervision and project management for buildings and facilities in the sectors of health, tourism, industry, research and development, office, housing and social facilities etc. are within the scope of services of Su-Yapı.

For industrial buildings, Su-Yapı also undertakes tasks of planning, design, supervision and commissioning of heavy equipment foundations, power supply and distribution, service and control systems including the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA), water supply and distribution, sewerage, drainage, central heating systems, roads and landscaping.
